Free service and accounts
His And Her Workout is provided as a free service without subscriptions, advertisements, or premium access. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password, activity performed through your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the service to harass others. Automated access that burdens the service is prohibited without written permission.
Intellectual property
The service, original design, software, and editorial materials are owned by the legal owner or used under applicable licenses. Your private workout records remain yours. You grant only the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display information you submit to operate the service.
Termination and availability
You may delete your account in Settings. We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms or threaten the service or its users. Features may change, pause, or end, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and without guarantees of fitness outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from every error. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator in the United States, without limiting mandatory protections available where you live. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date.
